In any office space, the issue of elevated temperature is easily solved using an air conditioner. But what about the outside workers of the building?
Ban on pants.
In one of the cities of Great Britain, builders could not do their job properly at the height of the summer season, because they had to work in dense uniforms. When the workers decided to change their usual clothes and came to the construction site in shorts, their boss expressed extreme discontent. He explained that everyone is obliged to work in an appropriate form, and categorically forbade coming to work in shorts.
The day after this incident, when the shift began, the team leader decided to check how his instructions were followed. What was his surprise when, at a construction site, he saw his subordinates in incredible guise!
One and a half came to work in skirts.
The boss was so angry that he threatened the entire team with dismissal.
However, employees explained to him that the ban was imposed only on wearing shorts, and nothing was said about the skirts.
